1. Services
Cusp of Something provides business consulting, strategic development, and holistic alignment services designed to support entrepreneurs and business owners. Services may include individual sessions, memberships, and energy work components as part of a whole-person approach to business growth. All services are subject to availability.
Energy Work Disclaimer:
Energy work services, including but not limited to intuitive guidance, Reiki, or other spiritual tools, are offered as part of holistic business empowerment and personal development. These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure health conditions, and participation is at the client’s discretion.
Alignment Membership Terms:
The Cusp of Something: Alignment Membership is a recurring monthly service providing personalized business guidance

Membership Rate: $150 USD per month

Billing: Payment is processed automatically each month in advance through the selected payment method (i.e. ThriveCart, Stripe).

Session Scheduling: Members may schedule their next session during the previous month’s call or via email following their session.

Pausing Membership: Members who wish to pause may email info@cuspofsomething.com prior to the next billing date. Membership may be paused for a maximum total of two months per calendar year, which do not need to be consecutive. After this period, reactivation will resume at the current membership rate if space allows.

Cancellation: Membership cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@cuspofsomething.com before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of this service, all payments are non-refundable once the new billing cycle has begun.

Access: Materials and community access are available only to active members and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed.
2. Payment Terms

Hourly or Single Sessions: Payment must be made in full prior to the session.

Project-Based Work: Governed by a separate written agreement outlining scope, milestones, and payment schedule.

Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except as otherwise specified in Section 1 or in a written project contract.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Hourly Sessions: Require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or refund eligibility.

Membership or Ongoing Services: May be canceled at any time before the next billing date.

Project Work: Governed by the project’s individual terms.
4. Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality
Both parties agree that any proprietary information, strategies, documents, or trade secrets disclosed during the course of service will be kept confidential. Neither party shall disclose or use such information for any purpose outside the scope of the agreed services without prior written consent.
Confidentiality does not apply to information that:

Is already public knowledge or becomes publicly available.

Was known to the recipient before disclosure without breach of confidentiality.

Is required to be disclosed by law.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, resources, templates, guides, designs, written materials, and session deliverables created by or on behalf of Cusp of Something are the exclusive property of Cusp of Something.
Clients and members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for personal and internal business purposes. This license does not permit the reproduction, resale, modification, distribution, or public display of any materials, whether in part or in whole, without prior written consent from Cusp of Something.
6. User Responsibilities
Users agree to use our website and services lawfully and refrain from disrupting operations or infringing on others’ rights. Clients and members acknowledge that personal and business outcomes depend on their own decisions, commitment, and implementation. Cusp of Something is not responsible for a client’s actions or results following participation in any program, session, or membership. Any inappropriate, abusive, or unethical behavior- such as harassment, defamation, or violation of confidentiality may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge that Cusp of Something does not guarantee specific outcomes, business results, or financial earnings from participation in any service, membership, or program. Any decisions or actions taken as a result of guidance or materials provided are the sole responsibility of the client or member. In any event, the total liability of Cusp of Something for any claim, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client or member for the service giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes will be resolved within its courts.
9. Changes to Terms
Cusp of Something reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of Cusp of Something services, programs, or website after such modifications constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated Terms. It is the client’s responsibility to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
