1. Services

Cusp of Something provides business consulting, project-based strategy development, and energy work services intended to support business owners and entrepreneurs. All services are subject to availability.

Energy Work Disclaimer: Energy work services, including but not limited to Reiki and other spiritual tools, are offered as part of holistic business empowerment and personal development. These services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure health conditions, and engaging in energy work services is at the client’s discretion.

2. Payment Terms

Hourly Sessions: Payment must be made in full before the session begins.
Project-Based Work: Each project will be governed by a written contract detailing the scope of work, payment schedule, and milestones.

All payments are non-refundable except as specified in the cancellation policy or the terms of the project contract.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Hourly Sessions: Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a full refund or rescheduling.
Project-Based Work: Cancellations and refunds are governed by the terms of the individual project contract.

4. Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality

Both parties agree that any proprietary information, strategies, documents, or trade secrets disclosed during the course of service will be kept confidential. Neither party shall disclose or use such information for any purpose outside the scope of the agreed services without prior written consent.

Confidentiality does not apply to information that:

Is already public knowledge or becomes publicly available.
Was known to the recipient before disclosure without breach of confidentiality.
Is required to be disclosed by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and deliverables provided by Cusp of Something are owned exclusively by Cusp of Something. Clients may use these materials for personal or business purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or share them publicly without written permission.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree to use our website and services lawfully and refrain from disrupting operations or infringing on others’ rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website, except as required by law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes will be resolved within its courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
