1. Organizer & Co Hosts
Retreats may be co-hosted with independent facilitators or include services provided by third party professionals. Each co-host or provider remains responsible for their own services and professional scope. Co-hosting does not create a legal partnership or employment relationship.
2. Payment & Reservation

A non refundable deposit, as specified on the retreat sales page, is required to reserve your place. Your reservation is confirmed once payment is received.

Remaining balances must be paid according to the selected payment plan and in full by the stated final payment deadline. Failure to complete payments may result in forfeiture of your reservation.
3. Cancellations and Transfers

All deposits and payments are non refundable due to advance planning and non recoverable expenses.If you are unable to attend, refunds are not available. Comprehensive travel insurance, including medical and trip interruption coverage, is highly advised.

Reservations may be transferred to another qualified participant no later than 90 days prior to the retreat check in date, subject to advanced written approval by the Organizer. Transfers are not permitted within 90 days of the retreat start date.
4. Assumption of Risk & Responsibility
Retreat participation involves travel, group experiences, and activities in unfamiliar environments. By registering, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that you accept responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. You confirm that you are in suitable health to participate and will manage any medical conditions or individual needs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that Jessica Lagomarsino operating as Cusp of Something, along with any co-hosts or independent providers, are not liable for injuries, illness, loss, or damages related to participation.
5. Organizer Cancellation & Force Majeure
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify a retreat due to insufficient enrollment or circumstances beyond reasonable control. If cancelled, participants will receive a refund of payments made.
The Organizer is not responsible for airfare, travel costs, insurance, or other personal expenses.
In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, transportation disruption, or other unforeseen events, the Organizer may reschedule, modify programming, or offer credit based.
6. Medical Authorization
If you require emergency medical care during the retreat and are unable to make arrangements yourself, you authorize the Organizer to seek care on your behalf. All related expenses remain your responsibility.
7. Media Permission
Retreat experiences may be photographed or recorded for community and marketing purposes. By participating, you grant permission for your likeness to be used for website, social media, and promotional materials. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify the Organizer in writing prior to the retreat start date.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability arising from participation shall not exceed the total amount paid for the retreat.
9. Acceptance
By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Retreat Terms and Conditions.
